ASB Real Estate Investments manages the ASB Allegiance Real Estate Fund, a commingled, open-end equity real estate fund with 145 pension plan investors, as well as three separately managed pension fund accounts.

Virtually all of our investments are made in partnership with strong local partners who act as ‘on-site’ owners in the supervision of our properties.  We also engage the best property management and leasing firms available in each market. 

 

We feel strongly that high-quality workmanship is essential to the creation of long-term real estate value.  Therefore, since our inception, we have had in place a Quality Contractor Policy that mandates the use of skilled union labor on our new development, renovation, and tenant space construction work.
