ASB Real Estate Investments manages the ASB Allegiance Real Estate Fund, a commingled, open-end equity real estate fund with 118 Taft-Hartley pension plan investors, as well as separately managed accounts for two Taft-Hartley pension plan investors.

We feel strongly that high-quality workmanship is essential to the creation of long-term real estate value.  Therefore, since our inception, we have had in place a Quality Contractor Policy that mandates the use of skilled union labor on our new development, renovation, and tenant space construction work.
