Cassidy Toth Wins Connect Media CRE’s Next Generation Award

Connect Media CRE has named Cassidy Toth, ASB’s Senior Research Associate, as one of its D.C. region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Cassidy won the award as the primary driver behind designing and implementing ASB’s research program. She was recognized for her insightful analysis and decision making, which helps inform the company’s investment decisions. Specifically, she was cited for her role in identifying specific urban submarkets, which fit ASB’s tenant-centric investment strategies, anticipating where tenants want to locate headquarters, business operations, stores and residences.

Prior to joining ASB in 2015, Cassidy was a research director for the Mid-Atlantic region at Transwestern, where she provided market statistics, analysis and forecasts for the office and industrial sectors. She also has held various research positions at Delta Associates and the CoStar Group.
