Everlane Leases First LA Store in ASB’s Venice Portfolio

Los Angeles, CA — ASB Real Estate Investments (ASB) announced today that Everlane, the popular online apparel retailer, will open its first Los Angeles area store at 1101 Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, part of ASB’s retail portfolio. The 3,336-square-foot lease takes the entire building located at the corner of Westminster Avenue and along one of the area’s hippest shopping streetscapes. Everlane has already opened bricks and mortar locations in New York and San Francisco.

ASB owns approximately 23,500 square feet of retail space in Venice and Santa Monica. ASB made its investment in the portfolio on behalf of its Allegiance Fund, a $7.3 billion core vehicle.
