An early investor in data center properties, ASB acquired the 1.6 million-square-foot Infomart in 2005 out of foreclosure, realizing the building’s strategic importance along the Midwest region’s internet backbone at the intersection of three power grids. In 2018, the asset was sold to one of its largest tenants, Equinix, Inc., the global interconnection and data center company.
