Tatiana Commette, CPA*
Senior Vice President & Co-Chief Accounting Officer

Ms. Commette is responsible for the oversight of the open-ended real estate fund including preparation of financial statements, investor reporting, debt compliance, treasury, and liquidity management.

Prior to joining ASB, she worked for American Capital, Ltd., publicly traded private equity firm, for nearly 10 years. There she occupied a number of roles within accounting group. In her last role she was responsible for the oversight of Asset Management Business with a heavy emphasis on CLO Funds. Prior to that her responsibilities included Private Equity Funds Management, analysis and accounting for complex buyouts, syndications, recapitalization transactions.

Ms. Commette is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and has earned her BA in Accounting and Masters in Business law in her home country of Belarus
